Chief - Philip Keeling
Chief Keeling was hired as the Chief of Police on April 27,2009. Chief Keeling has over 16 years working in law enforcement. Prior to that he spent 17 months in Afghanistan working as a Police Advisor to 18000 Afghan Police Officers. Chief Keeling also worked as an undercover agent for the District 10 Drug Task Force, DARE Officer for the Pawnee Police Department and a Campus Police Officer for the Oklahoma State University Police Department.
He is currently working on his BS degree in Legal Studies. He is a published author of Life or Meth, Afghanistan-Why? and Two Mountains to Climb. He is currently working on his 4th book titled Small Towns. Chief Keeling is a member of the International Chief of Police Association and the Association of Oklahoma Narcotic Enforcers.
